Can I play without Sign in with Apple?
Yes. Choose Get started to play as a guest. Sign in with Apple lets you recover your account on another iPhone and will be required if purchases become available.
When do daily games reset?
The Daily Five and daily Career Path reset at 00:00 UTC. A finished daily cannot be replayed for rewards.
Why did my streak change?
A Daily Five streak grows when you play that sport on consecutive UTC days. A held streak freeze can protect a missed day.
How do I delete my account?
In Rally, open Profile, then Settings. Choose Delete account in Purchases and data and confirm. If your account uses Sign in with Apple, confirm with Apple again. Rally then revokes that access, deletes your account and associated game data, and signs you out. Deleting the app from your iPhone does not delete the account. If you cannot access the app, email us at support@deadballstudio.uk.
What should I include in a support email?
Describe the problem, the app version, and roughly when it happened. Do not send passwords, Apple sign-in codes or payment card details.
