These terms apply when you use Rally: Sports Trivia, provided by Deadball Studio. Contact support@deadballstudio.uk with questions.
Your account
You may play as a guest or use Sign in with Apple. Keep access to your device and Apple Account secure. A guest account may be unrecoverable after sign out or device change. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete it in Settings.
Fair play
Do not interfere with Rally's servers, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, impersonate others or use offensive usernames. We may restrict abusive accounts to protect the game and other players. Results and rewards are calculated by the game server.
Content and sharing
Rally's artwork, design and original game materials belong to Deadball Studio or their respective licensors. You may share Rally's built-in result tickets and links for personal use. Do not copy or resell the game or its content. Sports facts and names are used for identification and do not imply endorsement.
Game items and purchases
Stripes, RP, power-ups and cosmetic items are in-game features, not cash or property. Their availability and rules may change as the game develops. If purchases are offered, Apple processes them under its purchase terms and applicable law. Contact Apple about payment or refunds, and contact us about missing in-game grants.
Availability
We work to keep Rally available and accurate, but services may occasionally be interrupted or changed. Please report errors to support. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms where the law permits.
